The cost is determined by the scope of work I am required to perform.  I
believe that you will find my pricing to be much lower than that of most of the
Foodservice Consultants in the market.  If requested, I will agree to be
retained on a phase-to-phase basis as noted previously in “Phases of Design”
and will not proceed onto the next phase without written authorization.  After
the initial deposit of the Phase I portion of the contract, I will begin work
immediately on your project.  I will then invoice monthly for the work as it
progresses on the project.

Costs for out-of-pocket expenses such as travel, blueprinting, plotting, delivery
services, etc., will be billed to you at our cost, as Reimbursable Expenses.  
There are no hidden costs.  I make no hidden profits.  You pay only for the
services you require.

Under certain conditions, for charitable non-profit organizations such as
domestic violence shelters and homeless shelters, I will provide my design
services at no charge to you.  I will bill only for my out-of-pocket expenses.
